NASF Annual Workshop

Palm Springs, CA    –    February 2015

This event was an opportunity for us to network with other executives in our industry while surrounded by the beautiful countryside and amazing weather of Palm Springs, CA. The keynote speaker was Daniel Feiman, a managing director for Build It Backwards and author of The Book on Business from A to Z: the 260 Answers You Need To Know.

Mr. Feiman consults in three areas: strategy, finance and process. There were two primary focus areas for the lectures. One was how to strengthen our companies, including reviewing situations from angles we may not have considered in the past. The second was succession planning, exit strategies (personnel and corporate), and sustainability within our respective markets as well as individual companies.
